New Cokesbury Features

What’s New at Cokesbury.com

Thank you for visiting Cokesbury.com. We appreciate your business, comments, and suggestions. We have completed a major overhaul of Cokesbury.com. These changes cover a broad range of enhancements from improving both the Search and Browse experience, increasing the speed of the web site, to imposing even tighter security measures guarding your personal information and payment activities. All of our web improvements are included in our updated online Help file but let’s take a moment to highlight a few of these upgrades that you will notice right away

  1. Search with Google Search

Cokesbury.com now utilizes the Google Search Appliance as our search engine. The GSA indexes not only our product database but also any related informational pages available about a product, service, or store location. When you search on a word or phrase using the All/Keyword option, you will see two types of search results returned. First, we display any related products that matched your search inquiry, and second we list the related information pages associated with your query. Search results also include the links to the product section location on Cokesbury.com that contains items that matched your search. If you prefer to see only products, you can change your Search option from All/Keyword to Title. When the Title search is selected, only related products will display in your search results. Of course, you may also still search by Author or ISBN/Item number.

  1. Search/Browse results re-sorting

Cokesbury.com now provides you the ability to re-sort your search and browse query result listing by:  Default/Relevance, Publisher, Publication Date, and Price (low-to-high or high-to-low). To utilize this re-sort feature, look for the “Sort by” drop-down menu next to the Search results listing at the top or bottom of the page. To reset your search result listing back to its original sortation, choose the Default/Relevance option from the drop-down menu.

  1. Password security

Having trouble remembering your password? Now you don’t have to wait & call the Web Support Group. Click on the link under the Login button to see our new Password reminder/reset page. Just enter your Member ID and we will quickly email you a temporary password that you can type or cut & paste into the Member Login Box. After you are successfully logged in, click on the active account link (next to the Logout link) and you will see a new option called Change Password that allows you to change your password back to something you can remember. You can also choose your own password reminder question and answer.

  1. Multiple Ship-to Addresses for each Member ID

Your Member ID to access your Cokesbury.com Member file now has the ability to store up to 10 different shipping addresses per member id. If you frequently ship products to an address that is different from your default Ship-to Address, this new feature will save you from joy of re-typing that new address

  1. Sale Pricing Product Identification

If a product is on sale at Cokesbury.com, those products are now identified with a Red Sale Price indicator that also shows the total discounted percent of the sale price from the retail price.

Once again, thanks for stopping by and checking out our new website and some of its new features. Many of our Cokesbury.com improvements over the years began as suggestions from our loyal customers and that is just one of the reasons why your comments and suggestions are always welcome and encouraged.
